Alexis Hames brings comprehensive employment law expertise to Sexual Harassment Law Firm CA, having built her career advocating for workers’ rights since beginning as a law clerk in 2017. Her practice encompasses the complete spectrum of employment litigation, from initial case development through trial resolution, with a particular focus on protecting employees from workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.
As an employment attorney, Alexis manages every aspect of complex workplace litigation with skill and precision. Before establishing herself as a practicing attorney, Alexis gained valuable experience through strategic internships and clerkships that shaped her approach to employment law. She served as a law clerk for a United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, providing her with invaluable insight into federal court procedures and judicial decision-making processes.
Additionally, Alexis contributed to public service through her internship with Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, where she gained hands-on experience helping underserved communities access legal representation.
